I am an architect delivering creative environments for people in Barcelona.
After 10 years running my small studio of architecture, when I gave birth to my child in 2015, I experienced doubts, frustration, loss of vision and capability to reorganize the efforts in a more effective way. By the beginning of 2016 I had lost focus, energy and enthusiasm about my passion: architecture and design.
Meanwhile, I was also feeling guilty for being such a selfish person, terrible professional and bad mum. I needed help to reconnect with my life in a more effective, optimistic and healthy way.
